The quickest dessert , And why not dinner?

The cheapest stuff sometimes......
Okay gang its time to slap the forehead and say "why didn't I think of that?" So here goes. You are going to need; One (or three) cans of the cheap little quick bake biscuits, About a stick of butter, Brown sugar, cinnamon, (cream cheese frosting) And sugar lots of sugar. Now as always I am just winging it here so start by melting the butter and again that's One half stick per can of biscuits, and when melted add sugar and brown sugar cinnamon combo. Now as for measurements try roughly a half cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and we can use the cinnamon however we like. (I use like 2 Tbsp.?) Now those nasty little biscuits. (I can't stand em by themselves hence the recipe) Roll them into little balls with your hands. And when you are pretty sure they are round enough plop them into the butter and drizzle the mixture from the bottom to the top until coated thoroughly. (Make more mixture at need) now the boring 10 minute baking part, because the fryer would ruin them. (unless you fry then roll in the mixture) The simplest part of this is the icing, which is optional but really isn't unless you really like some other type of icing. Then its optional.
Variations
Oh that isn't bad for like 2-3 dollars worth of stuff that was probably lying around, so variations are just as simple. Instead of the canned biscuits use the baking mix... Or if you want to go bigger use the fancier rolls (just don't be all snooty about it!) and if you feel like that's a waste of time try the carrot cake version...... I am so kidding there is no carrot cake version, but you could use nutmeg instead of cinnamon I guess, or maybe some rancid tasting little sweetener that promises to be healthier than sugar and tastes like awful. But you might not notice it, (Diet cola) eeeew! But for some people that stuff is awesome so enjoy! And for a lovely breakfast snack chase this recipe down with something substantial or you will probably feel really tired by lunch.
Beyond that?
Okay fair enough, one little click and voila' Impossible cheeseburger roll up, You are going to think this sounds awful, but I promise you it is worth doing. In Cincinnati we have this chili that uses cocoa powder and cinnamon, it is phenomenal stuff, (even if chili it isn't) We call it Skyline Chili, and its Rival Goldstar Chili. Both use a similar recipe, Both are awesome. Anyway the basics of this Cheeseburger roll up, require that name brand baking mix in the yellow box. (You know the stuff) and 1 lb. lean hamburger, 1lb. cheddar or cheddarjack cheese. 1 onion and some dried garlic powder, some chili seasoning and yes 1Tbsp cocoa powder, and 2 tsp cinnamon. The dough requires a similar consistency to a pizza dough, and needs to lay flat on a cookie sheet at roughly 1/2 the width, of the length. (cover half and make it around 1/2 inch thick) into which we will be placing the browned hamburger meat. While browning the meat add the onion, garlic and other spices and let mixture coat everything. As you remove from heat add all of that cheese but no need to intentionally melt it all. Next add to the dough leaving room to lay the dough over in any way you like provided you can close it and pinch it together. Now bake that bad boy up at around 350 degrees, for around 45 minutes, checking it frequently for a good bread color. If you feel it isn't quite done evenly cover with foil and continue, and coat with garlic butter. Slice and serve can easily serve 4 people. Great with broccoli as a side and that's just experience talking. Great with a splash of good bourbon too! so that's worth a try, if you're up to it...... otherwise just those little biscuit things. Enjoy!
